Retail Associate Pt
The Retail Associate position serves as the primary point of contact for guests shopping in the resort stores and assists guests with processing transactions. Transactions will include grocery, convenience, souvenir, and gift merchandise; as well as, fishing licenses, made to order coffees/teas, and building stuffed animals. Associates also restock merchandise and aid in checking in orders by pricing, tagging and displaying merchandise in the stores. Associates are responsible for keeping the store in a clean, safe and inviting manner. Required: Great guest service skills Basic math skills Accurate cash handling skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Self Motivated Detail Oriented Positive Mindset Preferred: Previous cash handling responsibility Flexible Schedule Excellent Customer Relations Typical Schedule: Days: Varies including weekends and holidays Hours: Varies including nights Core Responsibilities: Process cash, debit, credit and gift card transactions Price, tag, restock and display merchandise Provide great service and information to guests Assist in the training and mentoring of other Retail Associates Assist in annual inventory Communicate store needs to management Other duties as assigned by management For more information, contact Gabriel A.
