SharePoint Administrator

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding to support IRS. This position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of SharePoint sites, ensuring they meet the needs of various teams and projects. The administrator will also implement best practices for security, data management, and user access, fostering a secure and efficient digital workspace. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting issues, providing user training, and developing documentation to enhance user experience. Ultimately, the SharePoint Administrator will contribute to the overall productivity and effectiveness of our teams by ensuring that our SharePoint platform is robust, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals. Lanham, MD (On-Site/Office) Job Requirements

Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration. Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience in user training and support for SharePoint users. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the SharePoint environment, including site collections, permissions, and user access. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, providing timely support to users. Develop and implement SharePoint governance policies and best practices to ensure data integrity and security. Create and maintain documentation for SharePoint processes, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance SharePoint functionality. About Us
