Entry Level Communications Agent
Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. Salary Range: $16.50 - $26.00 per hour Location: San Antonio, TX Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and concerns. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies and materials. Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Monitor and evaluate communication outreach efforts, providing recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with team members to create and distribute engaging content across various channels. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure satisfaction. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design tools is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Benefits
