Residential Counselor
NFI North is seeking two Direct Care Counselors for a Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday through Wednesday shifts for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. These positions are four (10 hour days) from 9am to 7pm. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in the areas of personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills and behavior. Qualifications: Associate degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
