Distribution, Associate/VP - Relationship Management

Support the Head of Sales, Syndicate, and Origination in developing a comprehensive client relationship management system using DealCloud. This initiative aims to build a robust platform that ensures all ATLAS clients are systematically tracked and "accounted for" based on their contribution metrics across both sales and origination. The role includes helping to design and implement tools that enhance visibility into client engagement and performance. Additionally, assist in the creation of tailored "tear sheets" for senior sales and origination professionals to support strategic client visits and deepen relationship management efforts. Primary responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management System Development:

Lead the design and implementation of a centralized CRM platform (e.g., DealCloud) to track and manage client interactions across sales and origination. Ensure the system captures contribution metrics for all ATLAS clients, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Syndicate, and Origination teams to align CRM capabilities with business needs. Coordinate with Technology and Operations to ensure seamless integration and usability of the platform. Client Intelligence & Reporting:

Develop and maintain client "tear sheets" that summarize key account data, transaction history, and strategic insights for senior stakeholders. Support client meeting preparation by providing tailored materials and analytics to enhance engagement and relationship-building. Platform Optimization & Data Integrity:

Monitor data quality and completeness within the CRM system, ensuring accurate client attribution and contribution tracking. Identify gaps and opportunities to improve platform functionality and user experience. Strategic Planning & Execution:

Contribute to the strategic roadmap for client coverage and distribution planning. Use CRM insights to support origination efforts and identify cross-selling opportunities. Training & Adoption:

Champion CRM adoption across teams by providing training, support, and best practices. Act as a liaison between users and developers to continuously refine the platform. Qualifications and experience required: Industry Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in structured finance, with a strong background in sales and/or origination. Proven ability to manage institutional client relationships and contribute to deal execution and distribution strategy. Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with relationship management platforms such as Salesforce, DealCloud, or similar CRM systems. Strong understanding of data structuring, client segmentation, and contribution tracking within CRM environments. Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

Ability to interpret client data and contribution metrics to inform sales and origination strategies. Experience in developing client intelligence tools such as tear sheets and performance dashboards. Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, syndicate, origination, and technology teams. Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Project Management:

Demonstrated success in leading platform development or CRM implementation projects. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Base Salary Range: $150,000-$225,000
