CFO Of Global Finance And Strategy
CFO of Global Finance and Strategy will lead the financial strategy and execution of SAPROs global operations, including North America, India, and South Africa. The role requires advanced financial leadership, cross-border regulatory oversight, and enterprise-wide transformation experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Direct long-term financial strategy, risk management, and corporate governance across multinational operations. Manage global financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and treasury operations. Oversee enterprise finance transformation, including ERP implementations, digital automation, and payroll integration. Lead global internal audit and internal control systems, ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP, SOX, and local tax laws. Design and monitor capital investment strategies and shareholder communications. Serve as principal financial advisor to the CEO, executive team, and board. Supervise international finance teams and coordinate cross-jurisdictional tax and audit compliance. Develop strategic pricing, profitability models, and financial efficiency projects. Job may be performed remotely anywhere in the US. Master's in Commerce, business, or accounting or any equivalent. Minimum Salary: 100000 Maximum Salary: 100000 Salary Unit: Yearly
