This role involves accurate pouring, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in line with Winter Park and industry standards. Hourly pay range: $11.79 Essential Duties: Deliver exceptional guest service; create memorable experiences. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and maintain a polite, professional demeanor. Greet and acknowledge guests promptly; engage with a friendly attitude. Promote a clean, fun, and safe work environment. Ensure bar and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Manage guest orders efficiently; use suggestive selling techniques. Handle cash and perform daily reconciliations accurately. Maintain appearance standards; attend staff meetings and check for special events. Assist with general cleaning, restroom upkeep, and restocking supplies. Support team operations with mutual respect and cooperation. Report guest or employee issues and safety concerns to management. Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of previous bartending experience required 21 years of age or older preferred Valid Colorado Driver's License ad clean motor vehicle record desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer functionality required Must have Colorado approved Alcohol Server Training certificate or must attend a Colorado approved alcohol server training educational seminar within 30 days of employment Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate, or must attend Food Handler and Aller-train certification courses for Alterra Mountain company within 14 days of employment Education Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required TIPS certification (may be obtained after employment) Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear, and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery. Lift and carry up to 50lbs. on a frequent basis (cases of food, soda, trash, etc.) Stand for longer periods of time Working Conditions: Indoor/Outdoor: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to harsh and varying outside weather conditions. Hazardous Materials/Noise: The noise level in the workplace is usually moderate.
