Property: Canterra at Fitzsimons Apartment Homes Property Size: 188 units (market rate) Employment Duration: Regular, Full-time Salary: Starting at $19/hour + housing discount + benefits + renewal bonus People are our most valuable asset at TI Communities. The ideal candidate for this position: Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter. Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director. Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, groundskeeping, and make readies. Skills Required: Experience with groundskeeping. Great attitude and willing spirit. Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
