CMM Programmer
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will be an expert in programming with PC-DMIS and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) operations. Responsibilities
Program and operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS software. Perform detailed inspections and measurements of machined parts. Develop, implement, and maintain CMM programs to ensure product quality and compliance with engineering specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CMM programs and equipment. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to develop and refine measurement techniques. Ensure all measurement data is accurately recorded and reported. Maintain and calibrate CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance. Train and mentor junior CMM programmers and operators. Qualifications
Proven experience as a CMM Programmer with expertise in PC-DMIS. Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of additional CMM programming software. Associate degree or higher in a related field. Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
