As a Sales Representative at our firm, you'll embody an entrepreneurial approach, expertly guiding first-time fund managers through the sales journey with our financial software solutions. Your role will be to uncover and understand client needs, advocating for our products while driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and skillful negotiation. This position demands a proactive mindset, as you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cyclefrom generating leads to closing dealsensuring our clients receive tailored, impactful solutions that underscore our commitment as a market leader. Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying valuable feedback to the product development team to inform future enhancements. The Sales Representative is tasked with driving revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding the company's footprint in the financial software solutions market. This role centers on acquiring new clients, particularly within the alternative investment sector, and nurturing existing relationships for retention and upselling. The representative serves as both an advocate for the company's products and a strategic advisor to clients, using market insights to influence product development and maintain the company's competitive edge. Success is measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to align the product offerings with the evolving needs of a sophisticated clientele. 5+ years of sales experience in financial services or software industries. Proven ability to influence C-level executives and manage complex sales cycles. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Skill in communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinking with the ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment. High integrity, credibility, and a strong commitment to the company's mission and values.
