Printing Press Operator I
We are seeking a Printing Press Operator to support the setup and operation of printing presses in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality printed materials while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Schedule:
(8hr /1st Shift Monday - Friday) Compensation:
$25.74 Essential Responsibilities: Assist in setting up printing presses for various jobs according to company procedures. Monitor and maintain print quality throughout production runs. Perform regular quality inspections and correct visual defects as needed. Communicate job details and updates clearly with Press Operators and shift teammates. Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Complete sanitation checklists and follow cleaning procedures. Follow GMPs, PRPs, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 30 lbs regularly. Able to stand for 812 hours and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements. Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and working in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions and job specifications. Must pass a certification test within 90 days of hire. Must be willing to work overtime and weekend shifts as required. Skills & Competencies: Accountability
