Adobe GenStudio is a generative AI-first product that lets marketing teams quickly plan, build, manage, activate, and measure on-brand content. We are looking for a technology leader to lead a team of skilled engineers and drive the development of robust and scalable front-end solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative and high-quality user experiences. What You'll Do

Lead and manage the front-end engineering team to drive innovation and deliver high-quality user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, work with design and product teams to create a cohesive product. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the front-end engineers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality front-end projects, while managing resources and priorities effectively. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Identify and resolve technical challenges, debug complex issues, and optimize performance. Ensure clear and consistent communication of goals, priorities, and progress. What You Need To Succeed

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in software engineering. Minimum of 5 years leading software engineering teams. Excellent technical skills in developing complex front-end software products and services. Solid experience in front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. Problem solving demeanor with a sharp focus on customer delight and developer efficiency. Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements and to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner. Consistent track record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers to deliver timely, high-quality software as a team. Demonstrated results working in a diverse, fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,700 -- $289,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
