The Information Management Division (IMD) is the directorate within DACID responsible for all Information Technology (IT) related activities. IMD is currently in the process of developing and implementing a new Case Management System (CMS). The CMS will continue integrating existing and future core Law Enforcement (LE) information and business enterprise systems into the Criminal Investigative Management Systems (CIMS) environment under the direction of the Chief of Staff of the Army. The objective of this new CMS enterprise environment is to provide US Army LE stakeholders the enhanced capability to rapidly and efficiently manage a variety of LE and Criminal Intelligence (CrimIntel) functions, as well as a broader range of senior executive reporting requirements. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the integration automation of every phase of software development lifecycle from initial design through integration, testing, deployment, and software delivery. Plan and recommend modifications or adjustments based on exercise results or system environment. Integrate automated capabilities for updating or patching system software where practical and develop processes and procedures for manual updating and patching of system software based on current and projected patch timeline requirements for the operational environment of the systems. Perform cybersecurity testing of developed applications and/or systems, perform security reviews, identify gaps in security architecture, and assist in development of a security risk management plan. Provide advice and input for Disaster Recovery, Contingency, and continuity of Operations Plans. Provide input to the Risk Management Framework process activities and related documentation. Qualifications Required Certifications Must have a total of three (3) of the following Microsoft Certifications consisting of a combination of the following: Must have two (2) of the following Microsoft Certifications: Azure Database Administrator Associate Data Science Council of America Senior Data Scientist (SDS) OR at least two (2) role based Microsoft Certification requirements: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Azure Security Engineer Associate Azure Network Engineer Associate Azure Security Engineer Associate Cybersecurity Architect Expert Security Operations Analyst Associate Cybersecurity Architect Azure Network Engineer Associate Azure Data Fundamentals Power BI Data Analyst Associate Power Platform Fundamentals Azure Data Scientist Associate Azure Data Engineer Associate Azure AI Engineer Associate AI Engineer Associate Education, Background, and Years of Experience BA/BS in Computer Science with 5 years experience or AA in Computer Science with 7 years experience. Closed completed T5 (SBI, SBPR, PPR) investigation with eligibility to Top Secret. Additional Skills & Qualifications Required Skills Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy principles, computer networking concepts, protocols, network security methodologies and risk management processes. Posses skill in assessing security controls based on cybersecurity principles and tenets. Posses knowledge of how traffic flows across the network i.e. TCP, IP, OSI, ITIL current version. Knowledge of systems engineering process. Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with others. Working Conditions Environmental Conditions Typical office Setting Strength Demands Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Physical Requirements Use Hands / Fingers to Handle.
