Are the best at first and final impressions! Our hospitality team members play an integral part in ensuring the Woodhouse Experience is delivered to each and every guest. More specifically, our endearing concierge: Possess excellent customer service skills both internally with our team and when handling our guests Always maintain a professional and outgoing demeanor Represent the Woodhouse in every fashion through both their communication skills and polished appearance Work collaboratively with not only their peers, but management and spa professionals, as well Maintain effective and refined communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing Multi-task efficiently Effective in their conflict resolution skills and are willing to think outside of the box Detail oriented and analytically minded Respect guest confidentiality Take pride and care in their performance Stay current on our full menu of experiences, price points, and are experts in our retail product knowledge Key Responsibilities Include: Greeting guests Answering phones Scheduling appointments Maintaining guest areas for cleanliness Retail selling Serving guests throughout their Woodhouse Experience Completing sales transactions Maintaining Woodhouse Day Spa standards in all aspects of operation Exceeding guest expectations in all areas of service Woodhouse Perks include: Competitive pay and incentive programs Eligibility to accrue paid time off based on our minimum hours requirement Generous discounts and opportunities to enjoy services and products "The Woodhouse Way" paid training program Working in a new, state of the art facility Ongoing training opportunities Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, with some walking and sitting Ability to lift 5 lbs. & occasionally lifts/carries up to 15 lbs. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly Working Conditions: Primarily indoor work setting filled with various aromas from our retail products, and soft music playing in the background Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates If you feel you are ready to join our award-winning Woodhouse team, please submit your resume today!
