Job Title
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyonefrom emerging artists to global brandseverything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen. We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What You'll Do:
Lead a small team dedicated to video-model inference quality and evaluation. Integrate and harden new video-generation models from the core Modeling team into production services. Build automated pipelines to track video-quality metrics, latency, drift, and cost. Partner with Evaluation-Platform and Integration-Services teams to move models through release gates. Define and enforce SLAs for inference quality, latency, and cost. Maintain clean APIs, tests, and CI/CD for all inference code (Python / PyTorch). Report clear metrics and blockers to researchers, product managers, and leadership. What You Need To Succeed:
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years software engineering, including 2+ years leading ML-inference or backend projects. Strong systems-architecture skills; expert Python and solid PyTorch. Hands-on experience running distributed services at scale (CI/CD, containers, orchestration). Proven record designing stable APIs and SDKs. Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and on-call support. Clear written and verbal communication; able to align research and engineering teams. Nice To Have:
Experience with diffusion or other generative models. Ray or similar distributed-compute frameworks. Kubernetes, ECS, or comparable orchestration tools. Background in model quantization or GPU scheduling. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI pipelines. Note: This role focuses on inference integration and evaluation, not model training. Strong software-engineering discipline is essential to help next-generation video-generative models meet production quality bars quickly and reliably. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $162,000 -- $301,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. We do not discriminate based on gender, race or color, ethnicity or national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other applicable characteristics protected by law.
