12-hour day & night shift options: 7AM
7PM / 7PM
7AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) Competitive pay: Day shift: $18.97/hr & Night shift: $19.92/hr Paid weeklyget paid your waydirect deposit or pay card options Full-time plus overtime opportunity $5 copays, $5 prescriptions, and FREE telehealth services! Operate and monitor automated machinery that feeds, fills, caps, and packages high-performance materials Perform visual and physical quality checks using tools like micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters Maintain safety and cleanliness in your work area Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to keep production flowing Log inspection results and production data using basic computer programs (Excel) What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
Experience with fast-paced production environments Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel Skilled with micrometers, tape measures (test required), and light meters for quality checks Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 1012 hours High school diploma or GED Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus (not required) We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
