Morning or Evening Shifts Paul & Carol David YMCA & North Canton Community Building YMCA branches ~2.5 hours/day, Monday through Thursday (AM or PM blocks) Looking for a committed and enthusiastic fitness professional to lead our Small Group Training programs at our PCD and NCY branches. In this role, you'll guide groups of 610 participants through dynamic, goal-driven workouts in a supportive and energetic environment. Required: A certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) Availability to lead classes consistently MondayThursday, either mornings (e.g., 8-1030) or evenings (e.g., 5:308:00 PM) Experience creating and leading small group training, progressive overload, circuit-style classes A positive, professional, and inclusive coaching style that aligns with the YMCA's values Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured Small Group Training sessions Build rapport and community among participants Refine training programs based on member feedback and program performance Preferred Qualifications: CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain) Experience working in a community fitness setting Comfortable working with diverse populations and adapting programs to different needs Pay Rate: $16-20/hour - commensurate with experience
