We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Global Broker Team Analyst to support our Global Broker Team in driving operational excellence and deepening broker relationships. This role will focus on the management of quarterly reporting and C-Suite presentation material, organizing broker and carrier meetings, maintaining key internal content, supporting financial processes, and ensuring a high standard of coordination and communication across global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Meeting Support & Coordination
Organize and support broker and carrier meetings, including scheduling, agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up. Document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely resolution and updates.
Teams Channel Management
Manage the Global Broker Team's Microsoft Teams channel, maintaining up-to-date materials including decks, notes, calendars, and task lists. Serve as the point of contact for content updates and internal collaboration tools.
Financial & Agreement Tracking
Assist in tracking invoices and managing broker payment records. Maintain records for service agreements and incentive compensation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.
Broker Sentiment & Survey Support
Collect and analyze broker survey data. Monitor and report on broker sentiment and provide insights to leadership.
Carrier Relationship Meeting Prep
Coordinate bi-weekly carrier relationship meetings: develop agendas, prepare content, distribute materials, and capture follow-up actions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably within the insurance industry. Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or business operations rolepreferably within a global or broker-focused team. Underwriting or underwriting support experience a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI and Microsoft Teams. Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM tools or document management systems a plus. Familiarity with brokerage, insurance, or professional services industries is highly desirable. The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $125,000 plus eligibility to participate in Everest's Annual Incentive Plan at the discretion of the Company. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills, geographic location, experience, and other factors.
