Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer a full-time Utilization Review Coordinator opportunity for licensed clinicians or master's level clinicians working towards licensure in our Partial Hospitalization Program in Worcester, MA. Our Partial Hospitalization Programs are group-based and short-term for individuals requiring a higher level of care. Our teams work to promote a group that is therapeutic, safe, and supportive. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related mental health field from an accredited program is required (Counseling or Social Work preferred) Prior experience at a higher level of care such as a psych hospital, residential program, emergency room, etc. LICSW/LMHC preferred but not required Minimum one year in Utilization Review preferred but not required Requires light travel to various clinics in MA Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Must have excellent written & oral communication skills Must be comfortable with a fast pace work environment and handling clients in crisis Nonjudgmental ability to foster self-sufficiency using problem-solving and practical skills Ability to establish trusting relationships through compassion, empathy and insight Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds Good time management skills necessary to maintain timely record keeping Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation EEO Statement: All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
