Hybrid: Employees who are able to perform the essential functions of their jobs away from an Elevations location may do so with the expectation that they are onsite at least fifty percent of the time over a two-week pay period. Summary/Objective

Reviews all executed funding packages for accuracy, completes boarding process, files loan files and final documents. Essential Functions

Acts as primary contact for all post-closing/boarding questions on Mortgage loans Returns all phone calls in two hours or less Completes boarding within 48 hours maximum of receipt of executed closing documents from title Prepares loan file stacking list for sub-servicer Updates boarding worksheets for sub-servicer and accounting, must be completed same day as loans are boarded Verifies daily that loans sent to sub-servicer are boarded properly into Core system Scans all mortgage documents into Synergy Follows up with members and/or title for any missing documentation as required Completes all required data fields in IHM system for tracking purposes Manage all Correspondent loan files to clear any outstanding funding conditions Manages all Correspondent loan files to ensure packages delivered within required timelines for loans to be sold Manage timely delivery of FHA/VA fees to FHA and VA Manage FHA/VA insuring Manage any FHA/VA post close document deficiencies Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). High school diploma or equivalent Minimum two years 1st mortgage closing experience in conventional, FHA and VA Ability to interact with others in a positive manner, either in person or by phone Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and update member records via computer terminal Preferred Skills, Education and Experience

Some college preferred Work Environment

Elevations uses multi-factor authentication to keep our data safe. As such, a personal smartphone is a requirement for employment with us. This job operates in an office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Requirements

Full time / 40 hours per week Compensation Information

The person hired into this position will likely earn between $22.07 and $27.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
