As the Marketing Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of HighLevel's event experiences by combining a strategic marketing mindset with strong project management execution. You will manage marketing-specific tasks and act as the primary liaison between the Events, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams. Your ability to organize, strategize, and execute will directly contribute to the efficiency and impact of our go-to-market initiatives and community presence. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a solid foundation in marketing someone who understands how campaign elements, audience engagement, and brand consistency tie into project timelines and deliverables. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about events, marketing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. What Youll Be Doing Lead end-to-end project management for a variety of marketing initiatives, including virtual and in-person events and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on goals, manage timelines, and execute cross-functional deliverables. Coordinate logistics for promotional efforts, content development, stakeholder communications, and post-campaign wrap-up activities. Serve as the central connection point between the Events, Product Marketing, and Biz Dev teams for co-marketing initiatives. Translate event and partnership needs into actionable marketing plans. Host kickoff meetings, facilitate weekly standups, and report on project status. Own timelines, task tracking, and creative routing for event-driven marketing deliverables. Anticipate blockers and escalate as needed to ensure smooth execution. Independently screen, prioritize, and build timelines for projects related to virtual and in-person events. Help develop frameworks and templates to improve planning consistency across events. Track post-event tasks such as lead routing, performance recap summaries, and marketing retros. Collaborate with PMMs and stakeholders to analyze impact and iterate on campaign effectiveness. Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs evolve. What Youll Bring Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with high expectations. Skilled in developing and maintaining project timelines, marketing plans, and cross-functional deliverables. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities across in-person and virtual event types. Strong interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between Events, Product Marketing, Biz Dev, Affiliate and other cross-functional teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners. Comfort managing stakeholder expectations and building alignment across departments. Ability to implement repeatable processes and templates to streamline recurring tasks. Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for events (pre/during/post). A proactive problem-solving mindset to identify risks early and address them with clarity. Familiarity with marketing tools and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello). Background in both virtual and in-person event marketing. Experience in a remote, high-growth SaaS environment is a plus. Comfort with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, and Zoom. On-site Event Coordination Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing or event-focused environment.
