Sr. Cloud System Engineer II

The Sr. Cloud System Engineer II administers, manages and troubleshoots the organization's cloud and on-premises IT Servers, Systems and Network while also serving as an IT Service Desk escalation point. Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain, design, test, configure, and administer IT Network/Systems. Azure focused. Troubleshoot issues with Systems, Applications, and networks in cloud and on-premises. Identifies opportunities to implement technical process/procedure improvements. Provide support to all IT department team members in addition to end users, including face to face, email, and phone communication. Serve as level 2 support for IT Service Desk Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary. Create knowledge base articles, checklists, procedures, and end-user training. Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Specialized Knowledge Azure virtual desktop admin. M365 Administration Intune Admin Azure Experience /devops. Azure policy and Purview experience. Active Directory/Azure Entra ID Azure Replication, Advanced GPOs, domain-wide maintenance scripting, etc. a plus Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users Documentations creation Qualifications

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years' experience in a similar role Azure Infrastructure as a Service, App Service, Azure VDI, and Administration of Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory Server Administration skills - Windows Services, IIS, Create Critical Alerts, Health Monitoring, File Shares, Advanced Print Services, etc. Intune and Office 365 Administration Azure DevOps Administration and Configuration Exchange Online Azure Administration

Entra ID, Identity & Permissions, Intune (Endpoint Manager), OneDrive, SharePoint, MFA, Universal Print, etc. PowerShell Scripting, Remote Management tools Azure Certifications Mac OS business support a plus. Perks & Benefits: Fully Remote
