Sales Development Representative Manager
We are seeking an SDR Manager to build and lead our Enterprise Sales Development team. This role is perfect for a leader who's passionate about scaling outbound programs, coaching talent, and partnering cross-functionally to drive meaningful pipeline at the top of the funnel. In this role, you'll be responsible for hiring, developing, and managing a team of SDRs focused on engaging technical stakeholdersdevelopers, engineering leaders, and CTOsat some of the world's most innovative enterprise companies. What You Will Do: Recruit and train a team of outbound Enterprise SDRs in the US Report on SDR team activity and results Provide recurring coaching on prospecting through 1:1s, call reviews, email coaching, and other training sessions with SDRs Work closely with the sales leadership team on areas of improvement About You: 2+ years in SaaS sales with a proven track record of sales success Experience in growing and scaling a successful SDR team 2+ years experience in managing SDRs Bonus If You: Vercel, Next.js, or any other technical background or understanding Sales technology (Salesforce and Outreach preferred) Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
