Do you have a desire and skills to work with business partners of different national and cultural backgrounds? Global Portfolio Management (GPM), is a team within Prudential's CIO Organization, coordinates and presides over aspects of portfolio management for Prudential's international insurance businesses. Each international business is subject to specific capital regimes, investment universes, regulatory structures, and support requirements which CIO addresses individually. In addition, the company relies on GPM's Investment expertise for M&A and other transactions within PII as it seeks strategic opportunities for growth. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What You Can Expect

Collaborate with a team that includes representatives from the investment staff of our foreign-domiciled International Insurance units in with creating asset liability management focused investment policies and portfolio strategies Support the development of appropriate investment strategies for each portfolio Act as a liaison between the GPM and local teams Collaborate with local investment teams on portfolio management topics: Asset/liability management and portfolio construction Analytic and implementation support for new investment initiatives, transactions and product development initiatives Monitoring, reviewing, and selection of new asset managers Follow market developments and understand how they impact the portfolio and strategy Research relative value opportunities from a qualitative and quantitative perspective Prepare senior management presentations related to the investment portfolio and key initiatives Build quantitative analytic and reporting capabilities Facilitate and support an appropriate governance process and streamlined communication in all investment-related matters back to Prudential Support, facilitate and influence our Joint Ventures partners to establish an appropriate governance framework aligned with Prudential Operating Principles, including IPS and local Investment Committees. Represent GPM in Quarterly Business Review meetings Ensure the appropriate communication with Prudential Board representatives and Senior Management guaranteeing an adequate awareness, monitor and oversight of our Board representatives What You'll Need

5-7 years of portfolio management or investment analysis experience within a financial services organization. A BS/BA degree (or demonstrated proficiency) in a highly quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, business, engineering, economics, computer science, finance, accounting or a similar quantitative subject area well individually and in a team The ideal candidate is motivated, confident, curious, enjoys being challenged and works well both individually and as part of of team Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding in both US capital markets as well as the global markets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple responsibilities High level of technical skills; including ability to develop complex data models in Excel and exposure to computer programming (Python, R, Excel, Power BI, tableau) It'd is a plus if you had: Previous experience and knowledge of investments, asset allocation theory, and fixed income mathematics Knowledge of insurance liabilities or actuarial skills MBA, CFA charter, or other applicable degrees What We Offer You
