The Opportunity

As a Partner Technical Enablement Manager, you'll lead the technical onboarding and continuous learning programs for our global channel partners. Your mission: ensure partners can confidently position, architect, and deliver Nutanix solutions in a cloud-first world. Build and deliver scalable technical enablement experiencesincluding workshops, bootcamps, labs, and on-demand assetsfor pre-sales and delivery engineers within partner organizations. Create content and tools that simplify complex cloud-native technologies for partner audiences (e.g., demo scripts, technical playbooks, architecture guides, and hands-on labs). Leverage data to measure the success of enablement initiativese.g., partner engagement, certification progress, deal influence, and pipeline acceleration. Align closely with Channel SEs, Channel Account Managers, Partner Marketing, and Product teams to ensure technical enablement supports GTM strategies. Drive awareness and adoption of Nutanix solutions in hybrid and multicloud environments, including integration with public cloud platforms. What You Will Bring

We're looking for a passionate technologist and enablement professional who thrives in partner-centric environments and can blend deep technical understanding with data-driven program design. 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or cloud-native consultingpreferably in a partner/channel ecosystem. Prior experience building or delivering technical certifications, hands-on labs, or partner accreditation programs. Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architectures. Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how Nutanix integrates with hybrid/multicloud infrastructure. Experience delivering technical content to partner audiences across varying levels of technical proficiency. Proven ability to use data and metrics (e.g., completion rates, readiness assessments, certification tracking) to improve enablement programs. Strong facilitation and presentation skillscomfortable delivering live or recorded content and leading partner-facing sessions. Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partner teams. Excellent project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders. Familiarity with LMS platforms, partner portals, and enablement measurement tools. Nice-To-Have

Understanding of Nutanix AOS, AHV, NC2, or other HCI platforms. Experience supporting global partner ecosystems, including GSIs, MSPs, and regional VARs. Technical writing and curriculum design experience for online learning and interactive labs. Familiarity with partner sales motions and co-sell frameworks in B2B SaaS and enterprise IT. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $132,800 and USD $199,200 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
