The US Card Customer Services & Strategy team has several openings within the Recoveries Product, Case Automation Platform and Fraud Product spaces: Recoveries Product:

We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited about driving transformation for Capital One - both on the business and technology side. This product manager will lead massive efficiencies and customer experience improvements and will help in designing full stack technical solutions to deliver critical business processes - all in a way that complies with regulatory and network guidelines, delivers significant cost savings, and delights our agents and customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner very closely with strategy in order to drive change not only for our customers, but for our bottom line. Case Automation Platform:

This PM will lead a tech team in the development and management of the platform case management data. The scope includes day to day responsibilities associated with being a product manager of a tech team (e.g. discovery, intent refinement, delivery of intent in the highest quality) as well as strategic involvement in how we grow and maintain the data ecosystem for a business critical platform. Fraud Product:

As the Product Manager of Fiducia, Capital One's authentication decision engine for our credit card customers, you'll lead a critical product that protects our customers from account takeover by determining if authentication is needed and if so, which tools are acceptable. Our vision is to provide frictionless experiences for our good applicants and block fraudsters from succeeding, all the while adapting to ever-shifting fraud trends. We are looking for someone who is data-obsessed, hungry to learn about fraud (and how to mitigate it), and eager to build a first-in-class product that combines speed to market with precision. As the Product Manager: You will build and own the roadmap and backlog, and work with our fraud analysts to identify and prioritize the highest value strategies You will lead one tech team and own feature and capability delivery on the product You will partner with data science teams so we can leverage the latest and greatest ML models in our decisioning You will collaborate with partner teams, especially with the Consumer Identity platform to ensure fraud data and business needs are captured and met across the authentication lifecycle Capital One Product Framework In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment Basic Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications: Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.
