Design & develop data, software, & tech solutions to business questions. Pressure-test requirements for accurate delivery. Present & lead status to business stakeholders. Prepare & present data distributions to non-tech audiences. Compile & deliver accurate solution estimates. Define scope by understanding business needs w/ technology capabilities. Elicit requirements from ambiguous business needs. Challenge where needed. Execute the software development lifecycle for new builds/changes. Qualifications
Education & Experience Must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 5 years of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have: 4 years analyzing or engineering data w/ Structured Query Language (SQL); 3 years gathering business requirements & preparing & presenting orally & in writing to supervisor, non-technology stakeholders, & peers in a matrixed organization; 1 year analyzing or transforming data w/ Python; & 1 year storing, processing, or analyzing data on cloud-based solutions. Alternatively, would accept Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, analytics or related field & 1 year of work experience in a combination of data analyst, business systems analyst &/or data engineering roles. Of experience required, must have 1 year of each of (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv). Experience may be gained concurrently. Would accept a combination of education, training & work experience. Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week/ 2 days WFH/remote) Salary Range: $148,949 - $157,500 per year We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
