We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer (Multi-Cloud Support & Automation) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Engineer experienced in multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) to join our innovative IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building monitoring dashboards, automating operational workflows, and maintaining secure hybrid connections across cloud platforms. Key responsibilities include advanced dashboard creation using Azure Workbooks and Log Analytics, development of automated workflows in Azure Logic Apps, AI Automation, Runbook scripting, KQL queries, JSON scripting, and managing hybrid automation solutions across Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI. Expertise in AI automation workflow and automated job orchestration is essential. Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage dashboards using Azure Workbooks and Azure Log Analytics Integrate and visualize metrics and logs from multi-cloud VMs/instances (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) Write complex KQL queries for custom metrics and performance analysis - to be displayed in dashboard Integrate more other tools screens into Azure workbooks dashboard, such as MS Sentinel, etc. Design and develop automated workflows using Azure Logic Apps for service request handling, incident management, and routine operational tasks Develop and test Azure Runbooks using PowerShell, Terraform, and Python for cloud service automation and management Schedule and automate daily/recurring operational tasks via Runbooks and Logic Apps Build and maintain hybrid connections between Azure Automation Account and VMs/instances across AWS, GCP, OCI Ensure secure communication and orchestration between Azure and other cloud environments Be able to set up and define Azure AI Agent and manage and automated workflows with deployments, configurations, and scheduled jobs Integrate AI Automation process with monitoring and automation with multi-cloud observability solutions, including integration with ServiceNow Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement best practices, and provide multi-cloud support Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Requirements/Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role in a multi-cloud environment Proven experience building monitoring solutions using Azure Workbooks and Azure Log Analytics. Must have experience with KQL (Kusto Query Language) Hands-on experience in AI diagnostics and root cause analysis using Azure AI Agent, OpenAI and automated job orchestration JSON data formatting and transformations experience Scripting experience in PowerShell, Terraform, and Python Hands-on experience integrating and managing hybrid automation between Azure Automation and AWS, GCP, OCI VMs. Highly Preferred: Strong expertise in developing and managing Azure Logic Apps and Azure Automation Runbooks. Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent certificate Deep knowledge and Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of security, identity, and access management in multi-cloud environments. Have expertise in integration between Azure Logic Apps and ServiceNow for Incident Ticket processing. Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI certifications. Experience with ServiceNow or similar service request/incident platforms. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) beyond Terraform. Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
