Today, we serve over 4,000 children and teens annually through prevention, treatment, and outreach programs.We're more than a non-profit - we're a community of caregivers working together to Inspire, Empower, and Heal.Position Overview: Cottage SupervisorAs the Cottage Supervisor, you'll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are:Client-centeredStrengths-basedProfessional and compassionateThe Cottage Supervisor provides direct leadership and operational oversight of assigned cottages and staff within Tanager's Inpatient program. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, client-centered care through proactive supervision, team development, and adherence to agency protocols.
