Junior Registration Authority

We are seeking a Junior Registration Authority to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Registration Authority provides on-site support as a Registration Authority for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) supporting the DoD's Public Key Encryption/Infrastructure (PKE/I) implementation. As a Registration Authority, the candidate's duties will include providing specialized expertise to assist Registration Authority (RA) personnel in the creation of JWICS, NIPR and/or SIPR PKI tokens and interfacing with Trusted Agents for Token request, distribution, and unlocking PINs. Responsibilities include: Monitor Registration Authority (RA) operations by DoD PKI Registration Practice Statement (RPS), and internal Joint Service Provider (JSP) processes and procedures to ensure RA Operations are aligned with DISA audit requirements. Assist DoD/DIA Registration Authority (RA) personnel with registering and establishing Local Registration Authority (LRA) and Trusted Agents (TA) accounts. Ensure quality control of the documentation required to vet and approve LRA and TA applicants across the DIA Enterprise. Coordinate with individual applicants and DIA personnel to control the validation/registration process. Ensure TAs have been designated in writing and approved IAW DIA policy. Input data and pull reports from an external database in support of the Certificate Authority. Maintain master spreadsheets for Token Management to track orders requests and generate status reports on pending or shipped orders. Register and enroll users, and issue JWICS, SIPRNET and NIPR PKI certificates on a DoD token as well as multi-platform, multi-network systems supporting the IC. Use computer hardware and software to revoke, suspend and restore electronic keys. Participate in researching in-house records, reference materials, archives and automated data bases at managers' request. Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor(s) Perform other job-related duties as assigned Issuance of Non-Person Entity (NPE), user, admin, group, role, VIP, and mobile code-signing certificates. Support revocation, suspension, and restoration of a certificate on Unclassified and/or Classified networks. Support registration and/or termination of RAs and Trusted Agents (TAs). Perform third-party key recovery. Required qualifications include: Active Top Secret Clearance with a CI Poly HS, 8-10 years experience; BS 2-4 years experience; MS, 0-2 years experience Work environment and physical demands include: Location: Aurora, Colorado Type of environment: Varies Noise level: Low Work schedule: "Normal work hours" constitute on average 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week (excluding breaks and meal periods) within standard operational hours occurring 0600-1800, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
