Software QA AnalystJob Category: EngineeringTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Continental US* * *The Opportunity:Join CACI as the prime contractor on a growing program supporting NAVSEA 03D3 Digital Program Office as a Software QA Analyst supporting the Navy Maintenance and Modernization Enterprise Solution (NMMES), a mission-critical program that supports over 45,000 users executing naval ship and submarine maintenance operations worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Provide test and evaluation of ongoing research and development projectsConduct complex testing across multiple platforms and applicationsEvaluate and document test results with detailed analysisPrepare in-depth studies, plans, and analyses in support of delivery ordersProvide testing efforts for both legacy and modern applicationsImplement and execute automated testing strategiesValidate system requirements through comprehensive testingIdentify and document software defects and issuesTrack and verify bug fixes and system enhancementsCollaborate with development teams on quality improvementsContribute to the development of QA standards and processesQualifications:Required:Knowledge of software testing methodologiesExperience with test automation tools and frameworksDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilitiesApplicable combination of education and experience:Software QA I (T1) - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 1-3 years of experience in software quality assuranceSoftware QA III (T3) - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 5+ years of experience in software quality assuranceDesired:Experience with DoD/Navy programsSoftware testing certifications (ISTQB, etc.)Knowledge of Agile testing practicesSAFe certificationExperience with performance testingFamiliarity with VB.NET or C# programmingSecurity testing knowledgeFamiliarity with test management toolsExperience testing legacy systemsAdditional Information:This position offers an opportunity to ensure the quality of critical Navy maintenance systems.
