Job Opportunity: Thermoforming Machine Operator
Hour: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm / 6:45 pm - 7:15 am - 4 days on - 4 days off Location: Plant City, FL While reporting to the Supervisor, as a Thermoforming Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating all manufacturing equipment. Safety, quality, productivity, and strong work ethics are important to Highland Packaging's culture. What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for the thermoforming line, including light maintenance/preventative maintenance Transport finished goods to storage or staging areas with or without manufacturing equipment Shelving, stacking, or loading pallets and containers Collaborate with planners, coordinators, or supervisors for warehousing and shipping duties Audits loading and load tally sheets for accuracy May operate forklift equipment in a safe manner We'd love to hear from you if: You have at least 2 years' experience with warehouses, shipping, and/or forklift operations Proficient in computers, Oracle, or another WMS experience a plus Ability to work fast with a high level of accuracy Operates with a safety-first mentality Why You'll Like Working With Us: We care about YOU through employee development, providing excellent benefits, investing in your future, and valuing diversity and inclusion.
