Springwoods Behavioral Health is an affiliated 80-bed acute care behavioral health facility located in Northwest Arkansas and has been providing quality health care to the residents Northwest Arkansas since 2009. The Lead Mental Health Technician works under direct supervision of the RN and is responsible to provide assistance in the treatment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse conditions. This role manages behavioral problems and facilitates education of patients as well as actively participates as a member of the treatment team. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: 3-5 years experience within a behavioral health or hospital setting or any combination of education and related experience preferred.
