Are you ready to launch your career in the dynamic and rewarding MedTech Sales industry? With cohorts starting in January 2026 and June 2026, this intensive 12-month sales development program is your gateway to success. Program Highlights: Experience Orthopedics vibrant headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, or Raynham, MA as part of the STR program. Gain invaluable insights from top-tier sales representatives and build connections across multiple sectors in our West Chester & Raynham offices. Upon successful Program completion, step into a Clinical Sales Specialist or Sales Associate role, paving the way for sales leadership opportunities within Johnson & Johnson. Your Role: As a key member of our Commercial Education team, you will: Develop the skillset to support training that drives business growth through a blended learning model to include both live and virtual experiences. You will facilitate labs, provide expertise to new hires and act as new product experts/ambassadors to the field. Engage with customers at Professional Education events on campus and in the field Participate in ongoing customer engagement activities What We're Looking For: A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's Degree attained from an accredited University/College by June 2026 is required. Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 based upon 4.0 scale is required. Ability to start work on a full-time basis by January 2026 or June 2026 is required. Sales, Life Science, or Business academic major is preferred. Completion of school-sponsored selling skills program is preferred. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred with demonstrated success in exceeding company goals and objectives. Strong track record of academic and other successes is preferred. Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus clubs, community service, and/or athletic activities are preferred. By the start of the STR Program, relocation to the designated home office in West Chester, Pennsylvania (Trauma, Foot & Ankle, or CMFT) or Raynham, Massachusetts (Sports Medicine) is required. STR will be hired for a specific company sales area and relocation to that pre-identified sales area after completion of the STR Program is required. Ability and willingness to travel within the United States for multiple weeks at a time is required. A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required. Willingness and ability to relocate geographically within the United States is required. Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required. Compensation: The base salary for this position is $67,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus. A one time Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is also included. Relocation Opportunities: After the initial program, and with demonstrated proficiency, successful STRs must relocate (with company relocation assistance) to their hiring Area to transition into the Clinical Sales Specialist or Sales Associate role as part of an existing sales team. Sales Role Expectations post program: Majority of time in sales role will be spent in the hospital setting and surgeon offices. The goal of the program is to prepare STRs for future sales responsibilities including: Providing clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms Covering surgical cases in the operating room, providing clinical and technical product support to orthopedic surgeons Coordinating equipment required for surgeries, assuring that the proper equipment is available and functioning Providing logistical support related to hospital billing and replenishment Working in close partnership with sales consultants and management Assisting Orthopedics sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers. Sometimes spend nights/weekends on call to be ready to respond to customer needs The Orthopedic Sales Training Representative (STR) Program is a 12-month development experience designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to begin a successful sales career in the medical device industry. We are recruiting Sales Training Representatives to join our January and June 2026 classes. The STRs will be based out of an Orthopaedic headquarters location (Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA) for 12 months before being placed in a junior level field-based sales role (future territory assignment based on opportunity & need). STRs will be hired for a specific business unit (Trauma, Sports Medicine, Craniomaxillofacial-Thoracic, Foot & Ankle) and will be assigned a geography at the end of the program.
