AI Analyst
KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role - protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an AI Analyst. This is a contingent hire for a full-time client facing position supporting a government agency. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our AI technologies and products. You will work on a broad range of projects, from initial development to deployment. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions using emerging technologies. Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns and trends and designs and develops AI/ML models to solve business problems. Utilizes understanding of model differences and applicability across different use cases to advise on appropriate solutioning for a variety of functions. Identify potential data security and integrity issues ahead of implementation. Develop and apply current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI systems. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering. Minimum of five (5) years of artificial intelligence experience. Active TS/SCI. Desired: Strong background in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Experience with current verification and validation paradigms, including model testing, simulation, and formal methods. Experience developing with machine learning frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow, MxNet, Caffe, Keras, etc.). Basic compensation: $125,200 - $187,700. This range is for the Maryland area only. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
