North America Hub It Service Delivery Manager
Hitachi Energy Transformers- Business Solutions IT Organization is seeking a North America Hub IT Service Delivery Manager. The role will be based in our North America HQ in Raleigh, NC. The role is responsible for multiple factories and offices in USA, Canada, and Mexico for end-to-end IT service delivery. This role is accountable for overall North America IT contribution and value-add to the business, translating business goals into IT landscape and ensuring effective implementation in partnership with Functional/North America organization. You support development and ensure communication and compliance of IT strategies/activities to maximize efficiency for North America/Factory IT and Business processes for technology tools. As Director - IT Service Delivery North America you are responsible for developing, implementing and executing the IT delivery capability within hub area of responsibility to either plan, build, run or support IT solutions for a region with multiple function site offices and/or factories. You are providing the interface to the business, consulting with the North America Business Unit leads, IT stakeholders and application owners within the business on IT-related topics. This position is a stakeholder facing role and requires management of expectations within the business. You lead a multi-national team of managers and/or IT Specialists, providing appropriate and efficient IT Solutions/IT Services to a defined geographic area/Region, possibly manage hosted IT resources and support global IT projects in respect of regional implementation. Act as an IT Business Partner for the related geographical management or for the appropriate regional management. Your responsibilities include: Leading a multi-national team of managers providing appropriate and efficient IT Solutions/IT Services to a defined geographic area/Region and support global IT projects in respect of North America Implementing the global standard IT operating model, overseeing Service and Project Delivery, and ensuring that the business voice is an integral part of the PG IT operating model Accountable for development and management of an organizational entity for delivering IT services, solutions, and activities in North America Accountable for end-to-end IT service delivery including onsite services, IT/OT Cybersecurity, business applications, infrastructure service delivery, day to day operational management at the sites, and overall digital transformation of factories Aggregating demands for new and improved IT Infrastructure services required by the business and ensuring overall business satisfaction with existing Infrastructure services Collaborating with the Business Unit IT Management, IT stakeholder and 3rd Party IS Suppliers and across Hubs Accountable for the assigned Country scope towards Hitachi Energy Business and functions that delivery of business processes/projects supporting IS systems/projects is aligned to Business and functions needs, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality and/or operational functionality Your experience should include: Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering or Computer Science) or 10+ years senior manager experience in IT delivery management role across regional geographies. Role requires employee to be USA Citizen or USA Permanent Resident. 5+ years experience in IT delivery management role across regional geographies 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations methods, process, and change management 5+ years experience in project management of complex global projects including IT system integration Tools: MS Office Products-Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook SNOW Service Now Enterprise IT Management Platform.
