Emp Status: Regular Full Time Work Shift: Not specified Compensation Range: The base pay scale for this position is $79,500.00 - $121,125.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the process of providing the department datasets used for direct marketing, event invitations, and donor prospecting. Participate in data criteria meetings with requestors and translate their business needs into technical requirements, offering advice where necessary. Develop and maintain the department's data warehouse, ensuring data quality, system integrity, and integration between Raiser's Edge NXT, the data warehouse, Tableau, and Alteryx. Create and manage dynamic reporting tools, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor fundraising metrics, donor behaviors, and prospect pipelines, aligning analytics with institutional priorities and KPIs. Develop processes to ensure data requests are delivered in a timely manner while following HSS policies regarding data quality and HIPPA compliance. Contribute to the design of processes that enable self-serve reporting for users. Supervise the Senior Associate, Data Services, ensuring the quality of their customer service and data output. Using Raiser's Edge query and Alteryx, produce queries and exports of donor and patient data for mailing lists and prospecting requests.
