Victory Team
Victory Team members play a crucial role in enhancing the fan experience for LSU Athletics by delivering exceptional customer service. At all venues, team members are expected to guide fans to their seats and to concession stands, restrooms, and other amenities within the venue. They also serve as the primary contact for any issues that arise in their designated areas. Team members must stay attentive during events and possess strong problem-solving skills. LSU Athletic Operations staff will conduct game day briefings for Tiger Stadium and other campus events. All members are required to learn and implement the LSU Guest Services HELP! Program, ensuring they can effectively engage and communicate with fans. Victory Team opportunities may be available for LSU Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Baseball, Gymnastics, and any other events held at LSU Athletics venues. Additionally, Victory Team members are also given the opportunity to provide tours of Tiger Stadium for both public and privately scheduled tours. Requirements: Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays Must attend Victory Team orientation prior to the first home LSU football game - (Orientation is paid) Must commit to work at least 5 home LSU football games Willing to stand, sit, walk and climb stairs throughout the entirety of an 8 hour event Willing to work in all weather conditions Positive attitude toward taking on additional job requirements Must be able to pass a background check (not applicable for current LSU students or current LSU employees) Must have access to a mobile phone and have an email address Special Instructions:
