The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Health Services Supervisor. The Incumbent assists in the planning, developing, and supervising of a student health program; supervises, trains, and evaluates the performance of assigned staff. Minimum Qualifications: Education and License / Certificate: Master's degree in nursing and a California Public Health Nurse certificate; OR Bachelor's degree in nursing, a California Public Health Nurse certificate, and a master's degree in health education, sociology, psychology, counseling, health care administration, public health or community health Experience: Previous experience in a public health or occupational health or school health setting is preferred. Assessment Process: The assessment process for this position may include any combination of the following: an application screening for initial qualifications, supplemental training and experience screening, documentation(s)/certification(s) screening, oral examination. The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point (cut-off) on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District. If you participate in and fail any examination segment, you must wait a period of 90 days (approximately 3 months) to test again for the same classification during a posted recruitment.
