What You'll Do: Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR systems Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in partnership with our finance tools and vendors Provide executive assistant support to company leaders: calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and special projects Manage bi-annual employee reviews and gather employee feedback Plan and execute team eventsfrom all-hands gatherings to offsites and internal celebrations Support internal communications and help drive team engagement and culture Jump in wherever operational support is needed to keep the business running efficiently Who You Are: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through A great communicator who's discrete, trustworthy, and people-first Able to multitask across priorities and comfortable working with senior leaders Prior experience in operations, HR, executive support, or office management Excited to help build and shape the operational foundation of a growing data company
