Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receiving, storing and picking of products in the warehouse, as well as safely transporting materials/equipment to customers/technicians, job sites, supply stores, or other company locations. This role requires a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and timely deliveries, while providing excellent customer service. Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 / hour Reporting To: General Manager Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities listed below include, but are not limited to: Monitor schedules for all jobs two days prior, pull/stage materials, and report status to managers Ensure all jobs scheduled for the next day have necessary materials and equipment are pulled and staged to exceed a 20-minute turnaround goal by Load and unload delivery trucks, load and unload company delivery trucks Ensure the box truck or delivery truck has adequate fuel the day before for the start of the morning. Load the truck in a manner to logistically (Manager will help) Make pull bins pre-loaded In the morning, please put away materials for deliveries from day before Communicate directly with technicians Verify all inventory/equipment that leaves the shop and yard has been properly recorded and placed according to job designation Deliver equipment to job sites and assist on-site moving equipment as needed in a timely manner Document technician returned materials and restock them in the proper place List all overstocked/short items, facilitate returns, and report to managers Review, sort, and place stock orders Perform quarterly inventory count Maintain a clean and orderly shop and yard Forklift certification preferred, but not required.
