This role will involve assisting customers with their plumbing, electrical, and hardware needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding and purchasing plumbing, electrical, and hardware products Provide product recommendations and advice based on customer needs Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Maintain a clean and organized store environment Receive and stock inventory as needed Requirements
Previous experience in a retail or hardware store environment Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and hardware products and terminology Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects High school diploma or equivalent Farm & Home Hardware has been serving the Ashland community for over 50 years.
