Full-Time Medical Assistant Opportunity! At Red Mountain Weight Loss, we're passionate about helping our patients achieve their weight loss and wellness goals while delivering The Red Mountain Way a commitment to excellence, compassion, and five-star service in every interaction. We're currently hiring for a full-time Medical Assistant at our Swan office in Tucson! This is more than just a clinical roleit's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting and motivating patients throughout their wellness journey. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Prepare patients for consultations and treatments. Record vitals, administer injections, and perform EKGs. Manage scheduling, patient communication, and transactions. Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and manage medications. Educate patients on programs, services, and special offers. Provide motivation and support throughout the patient journey. Schedule & Compensation Both full-time and part-time roles require open availability during the following business hours: Tuesday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pay: $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience in Medical Assisting and Customer Service. Education and Work Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate of, or scheduled to graduate from, an accredited medical assisting program. If required by the program, completion of a clinical externship. Alternatively, a minimum of six months full-time experience as a clinical Medical Assistant, performing tasks like manually measuring blood pressure and vital signs, and administering injections.
