Integrated Kill Chains Lead
This position is for the Integrated Kill Chains Lead within the C6ISR Advanced Concepts Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) organization. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of fielded systems, customer policies, needs, and requirements, combined with expertise in driving demonstrable, multi-domain integrated kill web solutions. These solutions will leverage existing and emerging joint all-domain command and control, sensor, and kinetic/non-kinetic effect capabilities to create a decisive advantage. Key responsibilities include: Driving innovative integration of C2, sensors, and effectors (non-kinetic and kinetic) at all echelons, across domestic and international services Curating affordable, rapid, and impactful internal and Government-led demonstrations and prototypes Ensuring C6ISR business is positioned to help our customers address their next generation requirements - drive our future technology and product strategies Developing science and technology (S&T) and industry relationships to secure contracts, research and development agreements (CRADAs), and other transaction authorities (OTAs), as well as industry partnerships Collaborating with other functions (Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Security, Legal, Sourcing) to ensure the accomplishment of opportunity and strategy milestones Proactively engaging with customers, influencers, and stakeholders to identify, qualify, and shape opportunities, maximizing the probability of winning by ensuring Lockheed Martin offerings affordably meet customer needs Conducting and participating in customer value proposition workshops, managing customer contact plans, and supporting business goals Researching and organizing competitive intelligence, including participation in Black Hat competitive assessments and leading or supporting position-to-win efforts Driving and supporting the development of business cases for individual opportunities, ensuring new business meets financial targets Establishing, refining, and implementing capture plans and strategies for individual captures, contributing to higher-level strategies Participating in and leading proposal development efforts to capture new business, including writing or contributing to proposal volumes and participating in reviews You are a dynamic and results-oriented business development professional with a passion for driving operational excellence and optimizing production processes. Basic Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Command & Control (C2), sensors, & effectors (non-kinetic/kinetic) at echelon, across domestic and international services Experience with Government-led Demonstrations, Exercises, Demonstrations, and/or Events Strong understanding of C2 offensive and defensive policies Knowledge of Joint and Service Warfighting Concepts to include Joint All-Domain Operations and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. Knowledge of DoD BMC2 architectures, and familiarity with Joint doctrines and tactics, training, and procedures. Conceptual grasp of military data links, IP networks, and military communications Experience with CRAD and OTA acquisitions Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful customer relationships Ability to understand and interpret requirements and develop campaign strategies Deal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government Demonstrated ability to execute multiple internal or external deliverables simultaneously Demonstrated ability to independently lead customer deliverables, workshops, demonstrations, exercises, and other shaping activities Team Player - effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
