Intelligence Senior Lead Analyst
The Intelligence Sr Lead Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for driving efforts to prevent, monitor, and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy. Lead the daily coordination of Cyber Security Fusion Center (CSFC) analytical teams, contribute to threat intelligence collection plans, coordinate daily with CSFC staff, and engage with cyber threat industry associations, peer financial institutions, and information sharing communities. Provide cyber threat analysis, conduct intrusion analysis, oversee the technical strategy, resolve fundamental staff management issues, and appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made. Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience, in-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Persistent Threat, Third Party Risks/Threats, Cybercrime, Extremist Groups and Cyber Terrorists, Hacktivism, Distributed Denial of Service attacks, Fraud, Malware, Mobile Threats. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. Proficient in interpreting and applying policies, standards and procedures. Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment. Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. The Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) Intelligence Senior Lead Analyst is responsible for coordinating, drafting, refining, and executing tactical and strategic geopolitical intelligence analysis and production in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The individual will serve as a subject matter expert and lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The position manages the day-to-day operations of the Intelligence Stakeholder Engagement and Strategic Planning program. Key Responsibilities: Function as an intelligence analyst on geopolitical threat streams and deliver all-source intelligence products and analytical assessments. Task and review intelligence analysis products by other intelligence analysts. Produce briefings/presentations and present information to clients, internal stakeholders, or leadership. Meet deadlines and maintain consistency with updating schedules for various products and services; proactively seek out new information to include in products. Build and maintain partnerships across Citi and with peer intelligence organizations. Review threats that create risk to the company, its employees, shareholders, assets and clients. Identify the problems and product/solution needs of our internal stakeholders. Be familiar with conducting forecasting and 'over the horizon' threat analysis. Train and mentor others, including ongoing professional development. Qualifications/Experience: Prior experience working as part of a globally and/or regionally dispersed team. Analytic and editing experience related to intelligence analysis (private or government), geopolitical risk, cyber threat intelligence analysis, or relevant experience in large and complex environments. Experience allocating work across a dispersed team of analysts with various experience. Expertise in Windows and Microsoft Office products

and demonstrated creativity in use of these products to solve analytical problems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions and operate in fast paced and dynamic settings. Able to work an occasional flexible schedule as crisis response requires.
