Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement support strategy for the designated area in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure seamless technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by creating, implementing, and reviewing support strategy for the designated area based on the overall service business strategy. The work model for the role is: Remote or Hybrid, but the preferred geographic locations are Houston, TX or Bartlesville, OK near one of our offices. This role is contributing to the Instrumentation business of Process Automation Measurement Analytics in the Americas. Main stakeholders are the Director of Instrumentation Services Americas, the Director of Instrumentation Sales Americas, and the Global Leadership team of ABB's Instrumentation Business. You will be mainly accountable for: Collaborate with Sales and Services in overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals to align with ABB standards Ensure urgency and care in customer interactions Lead technical support and customer support teams. Drive a culture of continuous improvement for service excellence Qualifications For The Role

The following are required for this role: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Required with 8+ Years of Experience Proven experience leading technical support and/or training teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. A track record of driving transformational change and building high-performing, inclusive teams. Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on, empathetic leadership style. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Passion for customer success, continuous learning, and team development. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
