Service Coordinator

This position will support our MBTA account and will be part office support and part driving truck throughout the greater Boston area (no CDL requirement). As our Service Coordinator, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as Service leaders, Service Sales, and technicians, during maintenance and repair projects. This includes coordinating with customers, managing the schedule, and pushing forward submittals to name a few responsibilities. You would own the administrative workload of the Manager, Supervisors, and Salespersons so that they can maximize the time they spend on the customer and our field forces. You will bring 2+ years of relevant customer service expertise, ideally within the building services industry, and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
