The Business Administration Professional is responsible to support the D&A Sales Operations Team with key aspects of the D&A Business. Additionally, the Business Administration Professional will act as the D&A liaison/subject matter expert (SME) for the proposal generation and order management functions to the Commission Administration, Zone Administration, Order Management, Legal teams and other key stakeholders. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and to meet challenging deadlines, at times. It will require strong skills in business acumen, process design and optimization, and training, mentoring and education. You would be local to the Malvern, PA area You will represent the North American D&A business as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Proposal Generation and Order Management You will develop and document Proposal Generation and Order Management processes necessary to support the exciting Digital Health business and provide training on such processes to key teams You will collaborate with all areas of the business to develop and maintain proposal templates including the required Siemens and third-party terms and conditions You will administer Digital Health terms and conditions in CRM solutions You will take ownership of D&A business projects, examples of which could be Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) renewals and government contracting You will participate in and lead process optimization projects You will act as a D&A liaison to Commissions Administration You will provide Bid and RFP Management support This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers: You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) You have very good communication skills, you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation Since you are interacting with international customers, you have excellent English skills (ideally as native language, spoken and written), though German language skills and knowledge of other languages is of advantage Willingness to travel and flexibility, including short-term international deployment, is expected Required skills to have for the success of this role: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Project management experience or certifications are a plus Willing to travel up to 20% We are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
