Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative at ICC, you'll guide customers through their interconnect needs-answering inquiries, quoting products, and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You'll collaborate with our technical and product teams, providing exceptional service that aligns with ICC's reputation for quality and on time delivery. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Engage with customers inbound and outbound via phone, email, or chat to understand project requirements and recommend solutions from ICC's extensive milspec product catalog. Prepare accurate quotes, process customer orders in accordance with policy. Track and follow up with vendors on stock; communicate delivery timelines to customers. Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase loyalty. Maintain CRM records of all customer interactions, quotes, orders, and followups. Collaborate with branches and relevant teams to resolve customer issues and exceed sales goals. Salary range: $60k-$90k Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience; technical or industrial B2B experience is a strong plus. Proficiency using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Ability to thrive in fast-paced, goal-driven environment. High motivation, persistence, problem-solving mindset; results-oriented and self-driven. Experience with order management or delivery coordination software. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field a plus; or equivalent relevant experience. Skills and requirements: U.S. Citizenship required due to contractual obligations with ICC's naval agreements. Excellent phone, email, and written communication skills; confident presenting technical product info. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build rapport and troubleshoot customer concerns. Detail-oriented with strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Familiarity with milspec connector products or experience serving aerospace/defense markets. Why Join ICC?
