Role Overview: Contact Center Member Service Representative Do you enjoy providing helpful solutions and delivering top-notch service? Kohler Credit Union is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Contact Center team. You'll assist members through various channels-phone, chat, email, and secure messaging-resolving issues, completing account requests, and recommending products that align with their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Member Support: Respond to member inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. Build Relationships: Get to know our members and suggest products or services that fit their unique needs. Meet Performance Standards: Strive to achieve service, referral, and accuracy goals. Account Management: Complete backend tasks like debit card requests, mobile deposit verifications, and reporting. Continuous Learning: Engage in training sessions and team meetings to build your skills. Team Engagement: Contribute to team success by taking on additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required. Must be comfortable following regulatory guidelines and compliance standards. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Ready to Apply?
